Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Repetika ("we", "our", "us") provides a web-based student management platform for private tutors ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Repetika helps private tutors manage their students, lesson schedules, and payment tracking. The Service is provided "as is" via web browser.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Up to 3 students, all core features, no time limit.

Pro Plan: Unlimited students, priority support. Billed monthly or annually through our payment partner Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Repetika (student information, schedules, payment records). We do not claim any rights to your content.

7. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for data storage and authentication.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Repetika is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
